If you are migrating from the Teramind Legacy environment to the Teramind NextGen environment, the following information will be helpful in understanding the migration process.
Sync Process
Monitoring data and most items that you add - such as employees, computers, behavior policies/rules, shared lists, etc. are synced automatically between the two environments. Configurations and settings common to both environments (for example, monitoring settings) are also synced automatically.
The primary exception to this automatic syncing rule is the BI Reports from the Legacy platform. These reports are migrated automatically only once, but any subsequent updates to them must be manually synced. Please see the Syncing Your BI Reports from Teramind Legacy section to learn more about this process.
