Below are the key new features and updates in this release, covering employee scheduling, a dedicated set of time tracking dashboards, dashboard sharing and rule creation, role-based access control, two-factor authentication, monitoring profile assignment, agent auto-updates, and a reworked Session Player, improved Insights dashboard, and more.
Schedules
You can now build work schedules for your employees and put them to work across the product. The new Schedules page (Configurations > Schedules) lets you define when work is expected to happen, and behavior rules tell you the moment reality does not match.
Key Features:
Daily and Weekly Schedules: Set shifts day by day for an individual employee, or apply a recurring weekly pattern to many employees at once, with day-offs, multiple timeslots, and allowed break minutes.
Reusable Schedule Templates: Build a standard 9-to-5, a night shift, or a part-time rotation once, then assign it to individual employees or link it to a Position so everyone in that role inherits it automatically. A one-off change to a templated day applies to that employee and date only, leaving the template intact.
Schedules as a Rule Condition: Use a Schedule type behavior rule to get alerted when someone works outside their shift, starts late, finishes early, or goes idle during their scheduled hours.

Share Custom Dashboards
Build a dashboard once and share it with your team, instead of every user rebuilding the same layout. Any custom dashboard can now be shared from the Share action in its Dashboard Actions menu.
Key Features:
Per-Recipient Access Levels: You can give each user a Read-only access to view the dashboard or Read-write access to edit it. Recipients see the same widgets, layout, and data, with nothing to recreate.
Ownership Stays With the Creator: Only the owner sees the Share option. Recipients, including those with Read-write access, cannot re-share the dashboard or change the share list.
Safe Removal: When a recipient deletes a shared dashboard, it disappears from their list only. Everyone else keeps their access, and only the owner can delete it permanently.

Agent Auto-Update Channels (Cloud)
Keep your Agent fleet current without manual installs. You can now create Agent update channels, assign the Agent version each channel runs, and let Agents update themselves on a schedule.
Key Features:
Create Update Channels: Set up channels such as a pilot group and a production group, each with its own version policy and update window.
Track the Latest Version or Pin One: Turn on Auto-update to the latest version to keep a channel on the newest Agent release automatically, or leave it off and pin exact versions per platform for Windows, Windows on Arm, and Mac.
Scheduled Update Windows: Choose which days a channel is allowed to update and set a From / To time window, so upgrades land outside business hours.
Throttled, Staged Rollout: Update requests are throttled deliberately, so a large fleet updates over a period instead of all at once, keeping network and server load predictable.
Assign in Bulk or Per Computer: Bulk-assign channels from the Computers page, or override settings for an individual computer from its Edit page. A built-in Default channel catches anything.
No Scripts and No Site Visits: Agents update themselves to their channel's version automatically.
Note: The auto-update feature for the Linux Agent is upcoming.

Time Worked Dashboard
The new Time Worked dashboard gives you a focused view of how working hours are distributed across a period: how much employees worked, how much of that was idle, and how activity is spread across the day. The Productivity dashboard also gains a Time Worked tab based on the same data but adds trend indicators and department grouping.
Key Features:
KPI Cards With Trends: Work time, Idle time, and Activity for the selected period, each with a trend indicator showing the change against the previous comparable period.
Daily Breakdown Chart: A stacked bar per day splitting work time from idle time, with activity plotted against it, so unusually idle days and week over week patterns stand out.
Per-Employee Grid: Work, active, and idle time, activity, and wage cost for every employee. Expand a row for a day by day view, where a 24 hour color-coded timeline opens straight into that day’s recordings in the Session Player.

Time Tracking Dashboards
A new, dedicated Time Tracking menu brings together a full set of dashboards for tracking hours, attendance, and labor costs. The updated Time Cards dashboard is now joined by three new dashboards grouped here: Time Records, Employee Cost, and Task Cost.
Key Features:
Time Cards: Updated to include more details and features. The Day view adds Shift Start, Shift End, and Shift Duration, and plots every employee against one shared 24 hour ruler, so start times and coverage line up down the page, with time worked and activity labeled on each bar. The Week view gives each working day its own dated column and a weekly Total. Time can now also be added or removed manually from either view.
Time Records: A chronological log of every tracked time segment, and the primary screen for auditing entries, reviewing task assignments, and investigating gaps. Split by day breaks records that span midnight into separate rows per calendar date, which keeps payroll and compliance exports clean. Time can be added and removed here too.
Employee Cost: Tracked time combined with each employee’s configured wage for a per-person labor cost view. Each record stores the rate that was active when the work happened, so mid-period rate changes show as a time-weighted average and annual salaries convert to an effective hourly rate.
Task Cost: The same calculation grouped by task rather than by person, for costing projects and client work. The Rate column reflects the time-weighted average wage across every employee who worked on that task.

Role-Based Access Control
Access Control (Configurations > Access Control) now supports two distinct policy types, so you can control not only what privileged users see, but what they are allowed to manage.
Key Features:
List Access Control Policy: Defines what information privileged users can view or edit, and the privileged users are selected from within the policy itself.
Role Access Control Policy (RBAC): Grants management permissions on top of view and edit rights, such as editing employee profiles, creating behavior policies and rules, configuring access control policies and access tokens, and creating new agents.
New Access Control Tab on the Employee Profile: A new Access Control tab on an employee’s profile lets you assign RBAC policies to that employee directly, along with the resources each role covers. That makes scoped roles possible, such as a department manager who manages employees just like an admin, but only those in their own department.

Create Behavior Rules from Dashboard Filters
Turn any dashboard view into a behavior rule in one step. When one or more filters are applied to a dashboard, a New Rule option becomes available in the Dashboard Actions menu. Selecting it opens the rule creation form already shaped by the data you were looking at: every filter and value that can be mapped is carried across as the rule’s type, category, conditions, and logic, ready for you to review.

Indicator Widget
A new custom widget type puts headline numbers front and center. The Indicator widget displays key metrics as large, easy-to-read tiles you want to scan at a glance. This functions similarly to the leaderboard widgets in the Productivity dashboard.
Key Features:
Easy to Read Tile Measures: Pick measures such as Employees Monitored, avg(Active time), avg(Productive Time), etc. - each shown as its own tile, optional ‘mini’ charts, and comparison trend against the previous period.
Widget Level Filters: Filter the Indicator on top of the dashboard filter, with an option to exclude the selected values instead of including them.
Live Preview: The setup panel shows how the tiles will look as you configure them.

Self-Serve 2-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication now has an Authentication tab of its own, on both My Profile and the Employee Profile. This allows employees to manage their own 2FA settings while enabling administrators to view and disable individual authentication methods.
Key Features:
Self-Service Enrollment: From My Profile, users can set up their own two-factor authentication using an authenticator app or email verification, and can turn a factor back off when they need to.
Administrator Visibility: The same tab on an employee’s profile shows which authentication factors that employee has enabled, and lets an administrator switch one off, for example when someone loses their device.

Updated Insights Dashboard
The Insights dashboard has been extended from a feed you read into a place where you can work an incident, with a full investigation panel and controls for tuning what reaches your feed.
What's New:
Investigate Panel: A new Investigation panel carries Video, Details, Comments, Related, and History tabs.
Details Tab: The why and how behind a detection. Activity falsification explains the inorganic mouse movement or key pressing that was detected, while behavior alerts show the activity or content detected, the detection mechanism, the risk classification, and whether it was escalated.
Comments, Related, and History: Comment on an incident and read comments left by other users (subject to your access control policy), see related incidents, and review the full activity history for an insight, including mute and unmute actions.
Mute and Dismiss: Silence an entire insight type for one employee, company-wide, or just yourself, or dismiss a single insight with a quick feedback prompt that helps tune detection for fewer false positives.
Grouped Feeds: Similar events and incidents are now grouped, with a badge on the feed and a longer combined video clip for easy investigation.

Updated Monitoring Profiles
The Monitoring Profile interface has been updated for improved navigation, visibility, and configuration. Profiles are now split into two tabs: Channels, which controls what activity is monitored, and Assignment & Precedence, which controls who the profile applies to and resolves overlapping assignments.
What's New:
Assignment & Precedence Tab: Assign a profile to employees, departments, computers, and Active Directory groups from one place, with a summary of the profile’s reach, including how many employees it actually monitors once overlaps are resolved.
Predictable Precedence: When several assignments could apply to the same employee, the winner is decided by a fixed order and communicated clearly on the Assignment & Precedence panel.
Conflict Visibility: A Conflicts list names every employee the profile claims but loses, along with the profile that wins them and why, with computer level overrides called out separately. A banner on the Monitoring Profiles screen flags any profile with overlapping assignments.

Updated Session Player
The Session Player has been updated with better navigation across a day of recordings, richer timeline marking, and reusable tags.
What's New:
Sessions Tab: A new tab in the Log of Events panel listing the employee’s related sessions for the day you are viewing, one row per computer with the number of login sessions recorded on each. Click another computer to switch the player to that recording for the same day.
Follow Mode: Turn on Follow to make the log scroll automatically to the entry matching the current playback position as the video plays.
Reusable Tags: Tags are now saved entities you can apply again rather than a label retyped for every moment. Pick an existing tag from the Entity drop-down list, or type a name in Or create a new tag to add a new one.
Timeline Markers: Hour labels and tick marks now run the length of the Timeline Rail, giving the day a visible scale so you can read the time of any point on the rail and click directly to the hour you want.

Faster, Standalone OCR Dashboard: OCR search has moved out of Dashboards onto its own top-level screen, where you can search indexed on-screen text by phrase or regular expression and jump straight to the snapshot or session recording behind each hit.
Updated User Menu: The avatar menu now opens a full profile area covering personal and account details, dashboard visibility, interface language, password, and two-factor authentication, plus quick access to My Account and Download Agent.
Improved Grid Widgets: Grid columns can now be pinned, resized, and reordered by dragging, and rows grouped into row groups with calculated values such as sum, average, and unique count, from either the column header menu or the grid settings panel.
Richer Widget Editor: Chart color palettes, heatmap colors, legend and grid-line controls, and two-dimension stacking. Filters can now be pre-applied while creating or editing a widget.
More Detail Tabs: Additional tabs such as Printed Docs and Computers are now available on the Employee Details and Computer Details pages.
Active Directory and LDAP Improvements: More reliable imports, attribute fetching, field mapping, and clearer sync status.
Sign-In and Session Handling: Return to the page you were on after your session expires, plus a cleaner sign-in screen.
Security Hardening & Stability: Strengthened protection and reliability across the platform.
General Stability and UI Polish: Dozens of refinements to improve usability and overall navigation across the user interface.
