The Time Worked dashboard provides a focused view of how employee working hours are distributed across the selected period - how much employees worked, how much of that was idle, and how activity is spread across the day. It is best used by managers and administrators who need to verify attendance patterns, monitor shift coverage, or investigate specific employees' daily time logs.
The Productivity dashboard also includes a Time Worked tab, which draws on the same underlying time-tracking data and offers the same drill-down to an employee's day and screen recordings. The two views differ in emphasis and tooling: the tab adds trend indicators against the previous period and the Productivity dashboard's department grouping, filters, and export options, while this standalone dashboard adds an activity trend line to the daily chart and a wage-cost column to the employee grid.
At the top of the dashboard, three KPI cards (Indicator widgets) summarize the selected period across all monitored employees: Work time, the combined time employees were logged in and working; Idle time, the portion of that time with no keyboard or mouse input; and Activity, the average keyboard/mouse activity intensity, expressed as a percentage. Use these cards for a quick pulse check on overall working hours and engagement levels.
Below the cards, a chart widget breaks the period down by day. Each bar represents one day and is divided into two stacked segments: blue for Work Time and green for Idle Time. A purple line, plotted against the percentage axis on the right, shows the % Activity (average activity) for each day. Use this chart to spot days with unusually high idle proportions, drops in overall work time (e.g., weekends or public holidays appearing as shorter bars), or week-over-week patterns in workforce engagement. Hovering over a bar or a point on the line reveals the exact values for that day.
At the bottom of the dashboard, a grid widget provides a per-employee breakdown of the same time metrics - work, active, and idle time, activity percentage, wage cost, and a visual daily-work timeline for the period. This grid is essential for investigating specific employees' attendance and activity patterns, validating reported hours, and drilling into any day that appears anomalous in the chart above.
You can expand an employee row by clicking the Down Arrow
icon at the right end of the row to reveal their data day by day. The Daily Work column then becomes a 24-hour, color-coded view of activity intensity and a Movie Camera
icon opens that day's screen recordings in the Session Player.
