Activity Graph Color Guide
The table below shows what each color bar represents:
Day View
Switch to this view by clicking the Day button in the top-right corner. The Day view shows a detailed breakdown of each employee's activity for the single selected date. Use the < and > arrows next to the date filter to navigate to the previous or next day.
The view comes with the following default columns (you can add/remove columns using the Grid
icon):
Employee: The name of the monitored employee.
Time Worked: The total duration the employee was tracked on the selected day.
Shift Start: The time the employee's monitored session began.
Shift End: The time the employee's monitored session ended.
Shift Duration: The total length of the shift from start to end (which may differ from Time Worked if there were gaps).
Activity: The employee's overall activity percentage for the day, representing the proportion of work time during which active input was detected. When the activity percentage is very low, it is displayed as a highlighted label directly on the timeline bar for immediate visibility.
Timeline: A color-coded horizontal bar spanning the full 24-hour period, showing when and how actively the employee was working throughout the day. The colors indicate activity intensity at each interval (See the Activity Graph Color Guide section for color definitions). Below each timeline bar, the total time worked and activity percentage for that employee are displayed as a summary label (e.g., 7h 54m (33%)).
Week View
Switch to this view by clicking the Week button in the top-right corner. The Week view shows one column per working day across the selected week, with each cell containing a mini activity timeline bar and the total time worked for that day beneath it. A Total column on the far right shows the cumulative time worked across the entire week. Days with no recorded activity display a dash (—). Use the < and > arrows next to the date filter to navigate to the previous or next week.

Remove screen records: will remove the screen recording.
5. Click the Remove Time button to remove time.
Changing Time Cards Settings
From the Week view, Click the Gear
button to change the time cards settings:
Show total work time and avg activity level below activity graph: When enabled, this setting annotates the timeline bars in the Activity column: the Day view displays each employee's total work time and average activity percentage, while the Week view shows the total work time.
Week days: Select which days of the week appear in the Activity column when using Week view.
Activity graph size: Controls the size of the Activity graph.
Time Records
The Time Records dashboard provides a chronological log of every tracked time segment for all monitored employees within the selected period. Where the Time Cards dashboard presents time data visually by employee and day, Time Records surfaces the underlying raw time entries in detail making it the primary screen for auditing individual time segments, reviewing task assignments, adding manual time entries, and investigating gaps or anomalies in employee time logs.
The dashboard comes with the following default columns (you can add/remove columns using the Grid
icon):
Employee: The name of the monitored employee associated with the time record.
Time Started: The date and time the tracked interval began. When Split by day is off, this displays the full timestamp (e.g., 2026-09-01 02:35 AM). When Split by day is on, the date is shown in a separate Date column and this column shows only the time (e.g., 02:45 AM).
Time Finished: The date and time the tracked interval ended.
Duration: The total length of the tracked interval (e.g., 1m, 6m, <1m).
Task: The task the employee was assigned to during this interval.
Activity: The activity percentage recorded during this interval, representing the proportion of the duration during which active input was detected.
Notes: Any notes attached to the time record. This column is empty by default unless a note has been manually added.
Here are the primary actions you can take on this dashboard:
1. Filters: The dashboard comes with some preset filters such as Date range, Employees, Tasks you can use to narrow down the report.
2. Split by day: The Split by day toggle in the top-right corner controls how time records that span across midnight are displayed. When turned off, each time record is shown as a single row with a full datetime timestamp in the Time Started column. This is the default view and is best used when reviewing exact start and end times of individual sessions. When turned on, an additional Date column appears, and multi-day records are split into separate rows per calendar date. This view is useful when you need records broken out cleanly by date for payroll, reporting, or compliance purposes.
3. Adding/Removing Time: Click the Add time button in the top-right corner to manually create a new time record for an employee or remove time. This is useful for logging time that was not automatically captured by the agent, such as off-system work, travel, or meetings. The process is similar to adding/removing time from the Time Cards dashboard.
4. Adjust Grid Columns: You can add/remove columns to the report using the Grid icon.
5. Accessing the Row Context Menu: Click the ⋮ (Three Dots) icon to the left of any row to access additional actions for that time record, such as adding/removing time or viewing the employee’s details page.
Employee Cost
The Employee Cost dashboard provides a summarized view of the labor cost associated with each monitored employee for the selected period. By combining tracked time with each employee's configured wage, it gives managers and administrators a straightforward way to calculate workforce expenditure, compare labor costs across employees, and support payroll, billing, or project cost reporting.
The dashboard comes with the following default columns (you can add/remove columns using the Grid
icon):
Employee: The name of the monitored employee.
Time: The total billed time recorded for the employee during the selected period (e.g., 50h 47m).
Rate: The hourly wage rate applied to the employee's time records. Each record stores the active rate at the moment work occurred; if an employee had multiple rates during the period, the displayed Rate is a time-weighted average (Displayed Rate = Total Amount / Total Billed Time = [(Time1 × Wage1) + (Time2 × Wage2) + ...] / [Time1 + Time2 + ...]). For annual salaries set under an employee’s profile, the system calculates an effective hourly rate per record using Effective Hourly Rate = Yearly Salary / 2,080 (based on 40 hours/week x 52 weeks = 2,080 annual hours).
Tip: If an employee's working hours deviate significantly from standard schedule assumptions, setting an exact hourly rate directly on their profile provides the most accurate real-time cost tracking.
Amount: The total labor cost for the selected period, calculated by multiplying each record's duration by its stored wage rate and summing the results across the period (Total Amount = Sum of [Record Billed Time × Record Stored Wage]).
To properly calculate the employee cost, set the employee’s wage or salary in the Rate field under Employee Profile > Personal tab.
Task Cost
The Task Cost dashboard displays the total labor cost and billed time per task for the selected period. It functions similarly to the Employee Cost dashboard, but groups data by Task rather than by Employee.
The Rate column reflects the time-weighted average hourly wage across all employees who worked on a given task, and the Amount is calculated by multiplying each time record's billed time by the wage stored on that record at the time the work was performed.
To properly calculate the task cost, set the employee’s wage or salary in the Rate field under Employee Profile > Personal tab.
