Introducing the Time Cards Dashboard in NextGen

The Time Cards dashboard is now available in Teramind NextGen - a highly requested addition that brings a favorite feature from Legacy into the unified dashboards experience.

You now have a single place to view employee work hours, analyze activity levels, check task assignments, and access supporting session evidence. Whether you're verifying attendance, reviewing shift adherence, or preparing payroll data, the Time Cards dashboard delivers the visibility and control you need without switching between multiple dashboards.

Features & Benefits

  • At-a-Glance Time Metrics: Displays total work time, average activity percentage and activity breakdown with color-coded bars so productivity gaps are visible at a glance.

  • Daily and Weekly View: Spot employee work patterns across a week or zoom into a single day for hour-by-hour analysis.

  • Activity Drill Down: Hover over any segment on the activity graph to see start/end time, duration, and task. Jump directly to the Session Player or the Employee Details page to investigate how an employee actually spent the time.

  • Full NextGen Dashboard Support: Export or schedule reports, apply advanced filters, and customize the grid layout - just like any other dashboard in NextGen.

Where to Find It

Navigate to Dashboards → All Dashboards and select Time Cards. Pin it to your sidebar for quick access by clicking the star icon next to its name. Full documentation is available in the User Guide.

Known Limitations

  • Adding, editing, or removing time records is not currently supported.

  • The dashboard cannot be cloned - the Customize dashboard option is not yet available.

New Export Options in AI Usage Dashboard

You can now export individual or multiple AI conversations as CSV or PDF straight from the AI Usage Details grid, and bulk-download attachments in a single zip file - making it simpler to save, review, and share AI usage records offline.

Improved Snapshots View

The Snapshots widget (available in Live View, Employee Details, Computer Details, etc.) has been redesigned to make activity snapshots easier to read at a glance. Activity percentages now include helpful tooltips, and a new Snapshots per row control lets you customize the grid density to suit your workflow.
