New Missing Users & Computers Dashboard
We've added a new Missing Users & Computers page (System > Missing Users & Computers) to help administrators quickly find employees and endpoints that have stopped sending activity data to Teramind. An entry appears here when it was previously active but has gone quiet for longer than an allowed threshold, for example because the Teramind Agent was uninstalled, the device has been offline, or the endpoint is otherwise failing to report. This makes it easy to catch monitoring gaps early and gives admins a head start when troubleshooting reporting issues.
Key Features:
Separate tabs for missing users and missing computers, each with its own configurable thresholds.
Shows last seen date, the counterpart computer or employee, days without recording, and IP address.
Export to CSV for further analysis or record-keeping.

Online Status Indicator
The Live Users widget now displays a real-time colored status dot next to each monitored user's name, restoring immediate at-a-glance activity tracking to NextGen and matching Legacy functionality. A green dot indicates an active user session, while a red dot signals an idle state. Hovering over the indicator reveals a localized tooltip with the exact status label, eliminating the need to click into individual user profiles just to check activity states.
Tree-View Task Selector Component Expansion
The selector component now replaces flat list layouts with a tree-view component across key areas, including employee profile Account tabs, Agents settings pages, and the Switch Task behavior rule action. By introducing hierarchical task structures, this component makes navigating and selecting items in complex task organizations faster and more intuitive.
Attachments Sorting and Grouping Improvements
The Attachments column in the AI Usage dashboard (AI usage details grid) now supports sorting and row grouping, making it easier for administrators to surface conversations with file attachments and spot duplicate uploads across users without scrolling through large data grids. This brings the NextGen UI closer to feature parity with the Legacy interface.
We've also fixed an issue where grouping by the Attachments column in the Emails dashboard caused widgets to fail.
