How to update the Teramind Agent remotely

Please make sure to add the Temporary Exceptions to your antivirus software before updating the agent. Otherwise, it may interfere with the update process.

Manual Update (On-Premise deployments only)

You can update the Agents on multiple computers from the Computers screen:

1. Select one or more computers by clicking the Checkbox in front of a computer's name.

2. An Actions menu will be shown near the top-left corner. From the menu select Update Agent.

3. Click the Apply button.

Automatic Update (Cloud deployments only)

You can turn toggle the Enable automatic updates option from the Configurations > Settings > Agents tab:

Verifying Teramind Agent Updates

After updating the Teramind Agent, you can confirm the installation of the new version by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Teramind dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Computers tab.

  3. Locate the Agent Version column in the displayed list of computers. Note: if you don't see this column, click the Grid icon to add it to the report.
