Switching from the Revealed Agent to the Stealth Agent
Step 1: Remove the Current Revealed Agent
Remove the current Agent installation. You can find the instructions here.
Step 2: Install the New Stealth Agent
1. Download and install the Stealth Agent by following the instructions here.
2. The Stealth Agent automatically creates a new employee account based on the logged-on user's username. To free up a license, disable monitoring for the old employee account that was used for the Revealed Agent (this can be done from the Employee Actions menu).
Note for Domain Users
If users are logging in with a domain account (e.g., [email protected]), the Stealth Agent may not create a new employee account. This happens if the login matches the email address of an existing employee account in your dashboard.

Step 3: Migrate the User or Create a New User
You have two options for the employee account:
Option A: Migrate the Existing User
To allow the employee to log in to the Revealed Agent, you must set a password on the existing employee account created by the Stealth Agent. The employee can then log in using their profile's email address.
If the employee account created by the Stealth Agent currently appears as username@computername in your dashboard, that will be the login format they use for the Revealed Agent.

Option B: Create a New User
If you prefer to create a new profile instead of migrating the existing one:
Add a new employee by following the instructions here.
Once the new employee is added, disable monitoring for the old employee account used for the Stealth Agent. This action will also free up a license (this can be done from the Employee Actions menu).
