How to change an employee's password

You can change an employee's password directly from their profile using the following steps:

1. Select the Employees menu.

2. Click the Three Dots icon in front of the employee's name to open their Context Menu.

3. Select the Edit Profile option. This opens the Edit Profile panel on the right side of the screen:

4. Select the Account tab.

5. Enter the new password in the New Password field. (Note: The password must adhere to your password complexity settings).

6. Click the Apply changes button. A "Confirm changes with your current password" pop-up window will appear*:

*The confirmation pop-up window may vary based on your confirmation method setting. For instance, if you have 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled, you will be prompted for your 2FA code instead of your current password.

7. Enter your password and click the Confirm button to save the employee's password.
