Support for Attachments Download in AI Usage Dashboard
You can now download captured attachments directly from the AI Usage dashboard. This will be very useful for compliance audits, investigations, and record-keeping.
Right-click a conversation and select Download attachments to download files. A search bar is available in the download pop-up to locate specific files when multiple attachments exist.
Smart Action Visibility for Behavioral Rules
When configuring Behavioral Rules that span multiple activity types, the Actions tab now clearly identifies actions that are unsupported. This targeted visibility eliminates guesswork, helping you build accurate, highly effective rules with the confidence that they will perform exactly as intended.
Persistent Filters
Dashboard filters are now reliably preserved as you navigate between tabs and dashboards, so you no longer lose your configured views. For example:
Filters applied to a specific tab remain isolated to that tab.
Pinned filters persist across page reloads.
Unpinned filters remain active for the duration of the session.
Report exports now correctly respect each tab's filters.
Consolidated PDF Exports
Report exports now generate one consolidated PDF for all grids and one for all charts. This replaces the previous behavior of multiple fragmented files per individual widget, making report sharing and record archiving more efficient.
