Support for Claude Web AI Usage Monitoring
We’ve added first-class support for tracking Anthropic’s Claude Web activity on the AI Usage dashboard. This update delivers end-to-end visibility into user engagements, including prompts, responses, and file uploads or downloads across browser-based AI sessions.
Behavior Rule Support
We’ve also added support for Claude Web in AI Usage behavior rules. For more details, see the Windows Agent 26.15 release notes.
How to Enable This Feature
Go to Configurations > Monitoring Profiles and enable AI Usage.
In the AI Usage settings panel, select Claude Web.
Notes:
OS Support: Available on Windows Agent v26.15 and higher. macOS support is coming soon.
Licensing Requirement: Requires a Teramind UAM subscription or higher.
Other Improvements & Updates
Session Player Visual Enhancement: The video playback area now remains fully bright (not darkened) and visible when paused or when opening the Log of event panel.
Persistent AI Widget Views: The AI Generated Widget now securely preserves all content and prompts when toggled into the expanded view.
Synchronized CSV Exports: The Emails dashboard CSV export now includes full timestamp values across all tabs, matching your on-screen data.
Streamlined Dashboard Filtering: Optimized filter behavior across multiple pages:
Office filters now apply smoothly without causing the widget to fail.
Filters can now be reliably pinned on the Configurations > Behavior Policies page.
The "Clear Filters" option now resets instantly across all pages, including Employee Details, Computer Details, etc.
Optimized Use Case Catalog Dashboard: Refined the accuracy and layout for a better reporting experience:
The Employee AI Use widget (under Behavioral Forensics) now precisely applies date ranges and filters for accurate usage reporting.
Cleaned up the Data Collection/Enrichment tab by removing duplicate widgets and reordering the layout for an intuitive presentation.
Expanded Access Control & Permissions:
Users with View + Custom Dashboards permissions can now seamlessly clone dashboards.
PDF exports are now universally available for all user roles. Users without permission to save custom export settings can still successfully download the PDF; the "Save settings" checkbox will simply be safely disabled with a helpful explanatory tooltip.
