Release 26.19.1 (2026-05-10)

Introducing AI Governance Dashboards

This release debuts the AI Governance feature, providing out-of-the-box visibility into the three primary "blind spots" of modern AI adoption: tool usage, sensitive data flow, and autonomous agent activity:

  • AI Data Exfiltration: A new, focused dashboard designed to detect when sensitive data is moved into AI platforms.

  • Agentic AI: A new dashboard providing visibility into the activity of autonomous AI agents within your environment.

  • AI Usage: An evolution of the previous dashboard featuring refined visualizations to track how AI tools are used across the organization.

How to Use the Dashboards

  • Enable AI Usage under Monitoring Profiles.

  • The AI Data Exfiltration and Agentic AI require a specialized AI Usage policy containing specialized rules. When you first use the dashboards, you will be prompted to enable the policy and rules.

This feature requires at least a Teramind UAM subscription.

Enhanced Employees Dashboard

We’ve added two new columns to the Employees page grid:

  • First Login: Shows the date and time the user first came online. You can also use this value to filter the dashboard.

  • First Login Computer: Shows the computer the user logged in from for the first time.

These data points will provide better tracking for employee login sessions, especially for remote and offsite staff, while bringing the interface closer to parity with the Legacy version.

Other Improvements & Updates

  • SSO with IP Restrictions: The Single Sign-On now supports IP restrictions, ensuring access policies are correctly enforced during authentication.

  • Applications & Websites Grid Stability: Resolved an issue where a grid widget could fail when filtering by App/Domain and Time simultaneously.

  • Improved Access Control: We’ve improved the access permissions for dashboard access, PDF export, behavior policies and rules, etc. to ensure better feature parity with the Legacy interface.

  • UI Improvements: The user interface has been refined for a more intuitive experience, featuring cleaner employee profiles, improved toggle button behavior, updated translations for the employees filter, and more.
