Release 26.22.3 (2026-05-30)

Improved Access Control Parity

The Employee Details and Computer Details pages now correctly show available activity tabs based on the user's RBAC permissions. For example, the Snapshots tab is hidden if the user doesn't have the “View snapshot report” permission. This update brings NextGen's handling of synced RBAC policies one step closer to feature parity with Legacy.

UI Improvements

  • Improved Geolocation Heatmaps: The location heatmap circles now display the total Time (hours) users have spent at a location instead of the raw Count (number of times), providing a much more accurate representation of user activity that allows managers to instantly identify high-engagement areas rather than just frequent check-ins.

  • Improved Exclude Filter: The Exclude filter on dashboards has been updated to feature a clear, text-based “Exclude” checkbox instead of an icon, which makes the filter immediately recognizable and easier for users to interact with.

  • Clickable Labels for Toggle Components: Clicking the text label next to any checkbox or toggle now changes its state, improving overall usability.

  • Correct Labels for IM Rule Condition: The "Direction" condition in Instant Message rules now dynamically displays only applicable values. For example, Content Sharing rules are now properly limited to the "Outgoing" option, streamlining the rule configuration process and preventing errors.
