Release 26.14.1 (2026-04-02)

Updated this week

Support for Multiple Time-Ranges in Schedule Rules

NextGen now supports configuring multiple time slots within the Login and Idle criteria for Schedule rules. This provides granular control over user access during specific, non-contiguous time periods (e.g., breaks, time-offs). You can use the + and โ€“ buttons to add/remove time slots when configuring the rule criteria. This update achieves feature parity with Legacy for managing employee login and idle behavior.

Other Improvements & Updates

  • Ability to Open Dashboards in New Tab: You can now open dashboards in a separate browser tab by right-clicking the dashboard name in the menu, making comparisons and multitasking easier.

  • Legacy to NextGen Migration: Access Control: Access Control policies inherited from Legacy now align more reliably in NextGen, reducing gaps in policy scope and permissions during migration.

  • Legacy to NextGen Migration: Monitoring Profile: Monitoring Profile assignment behavior is now consistent between Legacy and NextGen, eliminating the need to manually recreate or update them after migration.

  • Reliable PDF Report Exports: Resolved an issue that occasionally interrupted PDF exports, ensuring greater reliability.

  • Improved Uncategorized Activity Filtering: The Uncategorized activity filter now applies correctly and is clearly displayed, resolving previous filter failures.

  • Accurate Monitoring Profile Information: The Monitoring Profile column on the Employees screen now consistently displays employees' default profiles, improving visibility.
