This release introduces granular monitoring settings for several monitoring channels. Other updates focus on enhancing the clarity of our AI reporting, improving dashboard reliability, and streamlining management for complex rules and large-scale data exports.
Support for Separate Tracking Configuration
We’ve introduced several independent configuration options and rearranged a few of them in Screen Recording, Applications, Websites, Keystrokes and Advanced monitoring settings to offer you greater flexibility. You are no longer forced into an "all-or-nothing" approach; for example, you can now suspend screen recording for sensitive apps/websites without losing the ability to track app/web activities or keystroke data.
This update brings NextGen monitoring configurations on par with the Legacy monitoring settings.

Dashboard Changes & Improvements
AI Usage Clarity: The “LLM” dashboard and monitoring channel is now renamed to “AI Usage” to make it easier to understand.
Updated Insights Dashboard: We have removed the Team Activity section because NextGen does not currently allow the “Dismiss” and “Mute” actions for insight feeds. We may revisit this feature, once the migration from Legacy to NextGen is completed. If you are still using Legacy, you can continue to use the feature from the OMNI dashboard.
Initialization Status: Dashboards now clearly display a “No data available” or “Business Intelligence is initializing” status instead of an error message when loading, confirming that no admin action is required.
Smoother Exceptions Handling in Complex Rules: Improved handling for behavior rules with large Exception lists, ensuring they can be opened, edited, and previewed without interruption.
Flexible Video Exports: The video export date picker now supports the full range of your organization’s retention policy, allowing easier access to older recordings.
Performance & Stability
Faster PDF Exports: We’ve optimized the export process for dashboards with larger grids, significantly improving speed and responsiveness.
General Enhancements: Includes various backend and monitoring updates to boost overall platform stability and performance.
