Introducing Support for Multi-Language

We are thrilled to introduce multi-language support in NextGen, making it easier than ever for global teams to work efficiently. By allowing team members to navigate the system in their native language, you can accelerate onboarding, reduce daily friction, and build a truly inclusive digital workspace.

We are launching this feature with support for four major global languages, with more on the way soon: English, Spanish, Korean, and Portuguese.

How to Use this Feature

Change your default language by navigating to Configurations > Settings > Locale and using the Language drop-down list. Please see the User Guide for more information.

Current Scope & Limitations

To ensure you have the best experience, please note that our first phase of multilingual support focuses on core daily operations:

  • What is Translated: The main user interface and report exports. This ensures your team can seamlessly pull data and view insights in their language of choice.

  • What is Pending: Emails, OCR text, and a few specific UI labels are not yet supported. These will continue to be updated in upcoming releases.

Improved Office Filters

The Office, Office by Geolocation, and Office by Network filters in dashboards now provide a searchable dropdown of real office locations instead of relying on a plain text field. This makes dashboard filtering faster, more accurate, and easier to use especially for teams managing multiple office locations and needing reliable reporting inputs.

Other Improvements & Updates

  • More informative Behavior Policies: The Behavior Policies page has been refreshed with a more streamlined grid and clearer policy details. Updates include a redesigned rules count display, a new Excluded column, and cleaner column labeling.

  • Updated Employee Profiles: You can now create or edit employee profiles without requiring a first or last name. If left blank, the employee’s email address will display as their name across all dashboards and reports.
