This issue can occur with On-Premises or Private Cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure) deployments.
To fix it, you will need a new license key. Please reach out to [email protected] from the registered email address on your account, and include the new Hardware ID found on your Teramind Dashboard.
The Hardware ID is located in the About your deployment section on the System > Deployment screen:
Note: You can still access your Dashboard while waiting for the new key.
