To move your subscription to a different account, please contact [email protected], This is necessary for scenarios such as:
Moving from one Teramind instance/account to another.
Moving from one deployment type to another, such as: Cloud to On-Premises/Private Cloud (or vice versa).
Reassigning Licenses to Different Users:
If you simply want to reassign a license within the same instance, you can do this yourself from your Teramind Dashboard. Just disable monitoring for the current employee to free up a license, then enable it for the new user. For instructions, check out this article.
