Minimum Number of Seats/Licenses
You will need to buy at least 5 seats/licenses. If you choose a monthly subscription plan, you are required to sign a 1-year contract for long-term access and predictable subscription management. Additionally, once the 5-license minimum is met, you have the flexibility to scale the subscription by adding any number of users as per your organizational needs, rather than being limited to fixed increments. Customers should note that this 5-seat minimum applies universally across all subscription plans, whether it is the Starter, UAM, or DLP plan. Furthermore, Teramind does not offer any promotional arrangements or exceptions for fewer-than-5-seats, ensuring uniform standards across its customer base.
How User-Based Licensing Works

Terminal Server
A Terminal Server is a server where multiple users can log in and work simultaneously. For example, a Windows Server configured with Remote Desktop Services is a Terminal Server. Teramind Agent can be installed on such a server to monitor all users on it.
Terminal Server Licensing Policy (Legacy)
This licensing model is no longer available for new customers and applies only to existing license holders.
On-Premises/Private Cloud: A Teramind Server License cost is equivalent to 30 user licenses.
Cloud: You will need to take into account the total number of users (ones on your Terminal Server plus any additional users you want to monitor on their individual computers).
Note that, if all your employees are working on their own PCs, you do not need to install the Teramind Agent on a Terminal Server.
