Customer looking for Cloud offering
If you are a prospect or customer, you can create your own quotes by using the unit price on our pricing page. If you have 500 users or up, you can request an official quote by emailing to our sales team at: [email protected]. Note that, we only provide official quotes if you have 500 or more users for the Cloud deployment. However, if you are a partner/reseller, there's no such restrictions.
Customer looking for On-Premises or Private Cloud offering
Quotes for On-Premises deployments can be created from the Self-Hosted Portal, by following the instructions below. Note that, there's is no limit for the no. licenses/endpoints for which you can generate a quote.
Login to the Self-Hosted Portal by clicking the Login button from https://teramind.co or use the direct link: https://www.teramind.co/portal/
Click the Shop tab on top.
Select your plan, customize it according to your needs.
Click the Add to Cart button.
Click the Or save it as a quote link under the Check Out button.
Add any PO number or notes if you want.
Click the Continue button.
Click the Save quote button.
You can view all your quotes by clicking the View your quotes button or the Quotes menu on top. This will take you to the Quotes screen.
You can download the quote as a PDF, download an invoice, edit the quote or pay for the order from the Quotes screen.

Partner/Reseller: Quoting Cloud, On-Premise, or Private Cloud
Partners can generate their own quotes for any of our offerings directly from their Partner Portal.
Resellers & Distributors: Log in at the Partner Portal and search for quoting guides in the Content Library.
MSPs & MSSPs: Log in at the Partner Portal and refer to the Teramind Partnership Portal Guide under the Resources tab for step-by-step quoting instructions.
There is no limit on the number of licenses, users, or endpoints for which you can generate a quote.
