If you are using the Teramind Stealth Agent, you can automatically assign projects or tasks to users based on their real-time activity by utilizing Tasks and Behavior Rules features.
Here's how you can do it:
1. Create create a project/task from the Configurations > Tasks screen.
2. Create a Behavior Rule and select Switch Task as the rule action. This tells the system to automatically assign the user a specific task when the rule's conditions are met.
Example: Communication & Meetings
Automatically assign a "Meeting" task whenever a user opens communication apps like Zoom or Microsoft Teams (using an Applications rule) or activates their webcam (using a Camera Usage rule).
Other Use Case Examples
Specialized Work: Automatically assign an "Accounting" task when a user works on specific files containing keywords like "budget" or "accounting" (using a Files rule).
Automatic Break Detection: Transition a user to a "Break" task if they have been idling for a predetermined amount of time (using Applications or Webpages rules).
