Support for Portuguese (Brazil) in Locale
We’ve introduced support for Portuguese (Brazil) as a language option, in addition to the existing Portuguese (Portugal) support introduced in Release 26.24.2. You can select your preferred Portuguese variant from the Configurations > Settings > Locale tab.
Current Scope & Limitations:
The main user interface and report exports are translated. Emails, OCR text, and a few specific UI labels are not yet supported. These will continue to be updated in upcoming releases.
Updated Employee and Department Details Pages
We've redesigned the Employee Details and Department Details pages to make key information and actions easier to find and use.
What's New:
Employee Details Page:
Refreshed Header Layout: Employee name, status, email, position, phone, and monitoring status are now presented in a clean header card above the dashboard tabs.
Last Login / Live Indicators: The live session button and last-login timestamp are now prominently displayed in the header, so you can see connection state at a glance.
Actions Dropdown: Employee actions like Archive, Lock access, Add/Remove time, etc. are now accessible from a clearly labeled "Actions" dropdown in the page header.

Department Details Page:
Refreshed Header and Menus: The Department Details page also the updated header with dedicated “Actions” and “Export” dropdowns.
What Remains the Same:
All actions, permissions, and behaviors work exactly as before. Only their placement and visual presentation have been updated. No configuration changes are needed.
New Dashboard Export Menu
Dashboard export options now have their own dedicated Export dropdown button in the toolbar, making them easier to discover and access. Previously, these options were located inside the kebab (⋮) menu.
Custom LDAP Attributes Are Now "Identity Attributes"
Custom LDAP attributes have been renamed to Identity Attributes across the platform. This change reflects that attributes now extend beyond Active Directory LDAP to support other integrations, such as Entra ID.
What’s Changed:
Dashboard Widgets: Column and dimension prefixes have updated from AD: to IA: for better clarity when building filters and analyzing reports.
Dashboard Filters: Identity attributes are now conveniently grouped under a dedicated Individual Attributes section.
Employee Profiles: The "LDAP" tab has been renamed to Attributes to reflect its broader integration scope.
Continued Rollout of Multi-Select Components
The multi-select feature introduced in Release 26.29.3 continues its rollout to additional areas of the UI. In this release, the updated multi-select experience is now available in Departments, Access Control, Computer Notifications (the computer offline notification email picker), Productivity Profiles, Tasks and Time (e.g. Add/Remove Time user picker), Export, Integrations and Configurations Settings. These components now support selecting multiple entries at once, dynamic resizing, grouped selections, and a more streamlined interaction model, delivering a more consistent and efficient experience across the platform.
Quick Dashboard Cloning
Duplicating dashboards is now instant! Selecting Clone dashboard from the dashboard kebab (⋮) menu creates a copy named “Clone - [Original Name]” and redirects you immediately - no prompt screens or manual naming needed. If a clone with that name already exists, a number is appended automatically.
