Employee Bulk Edit Now Available in NextGen
We’ve introduced the Bulk Edit feature on the Employees page. You can now select multiple employees and update their profile settings in one action - saving time on repetitive edits, especially for large teams and departments.
How to Use the Feature
On the Employees screen, check the boxes next to the employees you want to update.
Open the Actions menu and select Bulk edit.
Click Apply.
In the dialog, make your changes and click Apply changes.
Improved Download Agent Page
The System > Download Agent page has been refreshed with a cleaner, more intuitive design. The updated layout provides clear platform-specific download options for Windows (x64 and ARM64), macOS, and Linux*, along with convenient command-line installation instructions you can copy with a single click.
*Note: Linux Agent download option will be available soon.
Department Removal Safety Confirmation
When deleting a department that is currently in use, you will now see a confirmation popup that lists everywhere the department is referenced - including employees, behavior policies/rules, productivity profiles, monitoring profiles, access control policies, etc. You can also enable the “Unassign the department from all the associations above” option to automatically remove all linked records. Leave it unchecked if you plan to manually reassign the associations, or if you need to preserve the links for audit and compliance purposes.
The deletion is also protected by a password confirmation step, ensuring departments are not removed accidentally.
Other Improvements & Updates
Improved PDF Export of Keystroke Data: Special keys such as
<Ctrl>,<Shift>, and<Alt>now display correctly in PDF exports, so exported reports match what you see on screen.Improved Monitoring Profile Assignments: Fixed an issue where reassigning an employee inadvertently removed their department's monitoring profile assignment. Departments now stay linked, so new employees inherit the correct profile automatically.
