This release focuses on making AI activity easier to understand and monitor. This update also includes minor UI refinements and technical fixes aimed at improving system reliability, such as polishing the Agent Download page layout, and resolving an issue with default date intervals in some dashboards.
Enhanced AI Usage Dashboard
We’ve updated the AI Usage dashboard to give you a clearer, more comprehensive view of how your organization uses AI tools and LLM agents like ChatGPT.
The dashboard now features three powerful new chart widgets that give you a quick snapshot of how your employees are interacting with AI tools:
AI activity trend: Facilitates trend analysis by displaying the daily count of outgoing AI messages (prompts) over time, allowing for quick identification of adoption patterns, peaks, and drops.
Interactions by AI tool: Enables effective oversight by tracking the top AI models (e.g., “gpt-5-2”, “gpt-5-mini”) utilized. This supports governance by confirming the use of approved tools and identifying the most popular models in your environment.
AI usage by employee: Streamline user identification by providing a review of the number of prompts issued by the top employees. This data is valuable for targeted coaching, policy adherence reviews, or champion program recognition.
In addition to the updated dashboard, you can also build your own custom dashboards using the LLM interaction data source. This lets you create tailored views with specialized dimensions and measures such as Conversations, Models, Attachments, and more, so you can drill into exactly the AI usage patterns that matter most to your organization.
