New Conversation Column in LLM Dashboard
We've added a new Conversation column to the LLM dashboard, which is visible by default. This column displays a preview of the conversation. Hovering over it reveals more details, allowing you to quickly preview what was asked and how the AI Agent responded without opening the full conversion view.
Create Widgets Based on Average-Based Measures
You can now create and edit custom widgets using average-based measures (such as Avg active time, Avg idle time, etc.) directly in the widget editor. This update provides the flexibility to build more nuanced dashboards, giving you a clearer picture of long-term productivity trends and user activity.

Data Accuracy: Time, productivity, and comparison statistics have been corrected. Totals, percentages, and date ranges now accurately match the underlying real data.
Login Flow: Login and password reset processes from the website are now more robust and reliable.
Employees Dashboard: The Employees dashboard and profiles load more reliably, with fewer errors when searching for an employee or drilling into details.
Session Player: Improvements align timestamps with snapshot times and the instance time zone, making it easier to verify the exact timing of an event or rule violation.
General UX & Stability: Numerous small user experience (UX) and stability improvements have been applied across grids, charts, and navigation.
