Understanding the Teramind Snapshot/Digest Email
The Daily Snapshot/Digest is available to Administrators and Department Managers only.
The Teramind Snapshot /Daily Digest is a daily automated report delivered via email that provides a high-level overview of employee activity and security alerts from the previous day. It serves as a quick-reference tool for managers and administrators to monitor productivity and potential policy violations without needing to log directly into the Teramind Dashboard.
The email aggregates data across several key performance and security metrics:
Security Alerts: Displays the number of new alerts triggered by behavior rules, including the specific user and the type of violation (e.g., "Violent Words").
Communications: Summarizes email activity (sent/received) and instant messaging volume (IMs sent/received).
Web Activity: Lists the number of websites visited and highlights specific domains or application processes used during the day.
Document Tracking: Tracks printing activity, showing the ratio of documents printed versus the total page count.
Productivity Metrics: Provides an overall "Activity" percentage for the user, helping managers gauge engagement levels at a glance.
