The Productivity Dashboard acts as a central hub for managers to assess workforce efficiency and identify performance outliers. Below are the specific widgets designed to answer if employees are high or low performers:

Individual Employee Highlights

This section contains two leaderboard widgets:

  • Most Productive Employees: Lists top performers based on productive hours or percentages, which is useful for benchmarking and recognition.

  • Most Unproductive Employees: Highlights users with the highest ratios of non-work-related activity, allowing managers to proactively address engagement issues or burnout.

Top-Level KPI Metrics

Displays high-level data points like Avg productive hours/day and Avg productive time %/day to provide a quick "health check" of overall team performance.

Overall Trends

Features the Avg Productivity % chart, which tracks productive time alongside unproductive and unclassified time to help distinguish between simple online presence and actual output.

Performance Comparison

Includes bar charts such as Avg productive time by department and Avg productive time by location, helping managers identify which specific teams or work arrangements (e.g., on-site vs. out-of-office) are most effective.

Productivity Detail

A comprehensive grid at the bottom of the dashboard that provides granular metrics for every individual, including Avg active hours, Avg productive/unproductive/idle time, Total work time, etc.
