Introducing the New Productivity Dashboard

We are excited to announce the launch of the new Productivity dashboard, a powerful, centralized hub designed to empower managers and administrators to assess workforce efficiency, identify productivity trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement within your organization.

This dashboard replaces the old Productivity dashboard with improved performance tracking, granular time analysis, and enhanced period-over-period comparisons.

Key Features

The dashboard introduces enhanced capabilities and organizes insights into distinct, actionable sections for clarity:

  • Period Comparison: Filter data by specific date ranges and compare current metrics against previous periods (e.g., this month vs. last month) to identify positive or negative trends across the dashboard.

  • New Average Metrics: We have added several new data points to track critical daily averages, such as avg. productive time, idle time, etc.

  • Top-Level KPI Metrics: A quick "health check" section displaying four high-level KPIs to gauge immediate performance status.

  • Overall Trends: Charts designed to distinguish between simple online presence and actual output by tracking average hours vs. productivity rate.

  • Performance Comparison: Benchmarks that compare productivity across departments and locations to identify operational gaps, such as team disparities or variances between remote and in-office performance.

  • Applications and Websites: A resource audit listing the most productive vs. unproductive apps and sites to ensure tools are utilized effectively.

  • Individual Employee Highlights: A leaderboard identifying top productive employees (for recognition) and unproductive outliers (to proactively address engagement or burnout).

  • Productivity Detail: A granular grid providing deep-dive analysis by listing all possible productivity and time metrics for each employee.
