How to edit a behavior policy

You can update an existing behavior policy from the Configurations > Behavior Policies screen:

1. Click the Three Dots in front of a policy you want to change. The Context Menu for the policy will open.

2. Select Edit Policy.

3. Update the Policy Name if necessary.

4. Use the Apply Policy to field to select new policy targets (e.g., employees, departments).

5. If needed, use the Exclude targets option. This is helpful for quickly omitting specific users from the policy's target list. For instance, if you apply a policy to an entire department, you can use this field to exclude individual employees without having to manually select every other employee.

6. Click the Submit button to save and apply all changes.
