You can configure automated alerts through the Configurations > Settings > Alerts screen:
Once the Send license overutilization daily email alert option is enabled, you can enter one or more email addresses to receive notifications. Teramind will then send daily email alerts to these addresses whenever the number of monitored users exceeds your license limit.
