Does Teramind support audio recordings? Can I record microphones, speakers, phone calls, softphones?

Teramind can record any audio played or recorded through the computer. This includes all input and output devices such as microphones, speakers, line input, and line output. Because the audio is captured at the system level, you can monitor softphones, VoIP calls, online meetings, and other applications that use the system audio.

You can enable audio monitoring under Configurations > Monitoring Profiles. Within the Audio settings, you can toggle input and output capture, choose specific applications to monitor, adjust the audio quality, and configure other settings.

You can use the Session Player to stream live audio, listen to historical recordings, or export them.
