It gives you a complete, synchronized visual record of user activity. You can view a user’s past screen and audio recordings or stream their desktop live. This view is augmented by a timeline that displays every user activity and alert notification that occurred during the session.
The player is equipped with built-in remote control features to take over a desktop, freeze user input or lock them out to stop any threat instantly. Furthermore, if you have the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) feature enabled, the screen recordings become fully searchable, turning video data into concrete, keyword-searchable evidence.
