Issues:
After configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) and then changing the Hostname (found under Configurations > Settings > Security):
Users may be incorrectly redirected to the old IP address instead of the new hostname.
You may be unable to update the Teramind Callback URL or Teramind Entity ID fields (found under the Single Sign On (SSO) section in the Configurations > Settings > Authentication screen).
Solution:
This issue occurs if the user is currently logged into the Teramind Dashboard using the old IP address or hostname. The system uses the address you logged in with to determine the base URL.
To fix this:
1. Log out of the current Teramind session.
2. Log back into the Teramind Dashboard using the new hostname (e.g., https://acme.com) instead of the old IP address or hostname.
3. Go to Configurations > Settings > Authentication.
4. The fields under the Single Sign-On (SSO) section (Callback URL and Entity ID) should automatically update to reflect the new hostname.
5. Click the Save changes button to apply and finalize the changes.
