Introducing the New Insights Dashboard
Beta Preview Notice
Please note that Insights is currently a beta feature. Many functionalities are not yet implemented and may not work as expected. We strongly advise against using this feature in a production environment at this time.
We are excited to announce the launch of the Insights dashboard, a specialized oversight and investigation hub. This dashboard leverages advanced AI/ML capabilities to analyze raw data and detect patterns like activity falsification, while also integrating behavior alerts into a unified, real-time "newsfeed". This intuitive interface transforms complex monitoring into a streamlined workflow, serving as a centralized hub for forensic audit and simplified incident management.
Feature Highlights:
Integrated AI & Rules Driven Detection: Combines AI analysis to detect incidents of time theft and fraud, such as the use of mouse jigglers or automated key pressing to simulate work with your standard rules alerts for a comprehensive security overview.
Insights Summary: Provides a high-level view of your organizational incident management by displaying total incidents categorized by risk severity in an easy to understand graph.
Insight Feeds: Features a scrollable feed of incidents with a snapshot view of recordings. You can review activity instantly by hovering over clips without having to launch the full Session Player.
Hierarchical Filtering: A multi-level filter system allows you to narrow feeds by Source (AI Insights vs. Behavior Policy & Rules), Category, and Type.
Limitations:
As a beta release, various functionalities may be missing or may not function properly.
How to Use the Feature:
Set Rule Severity: To ensure risk is properly measured in the Insights Total graph, you must define the Rule violation severity within the rules' General Settings tab.
Accessing the Feed: Select Insights from the main menu to access your feeds.
Manage Incidents: From the dashboard, you can filter results, playback incident videos by hovering over clips, and launch investigations.

Third-Party SSO Integration
The Enable SSO option within the Configurations > Settings > Authentication screen is now fully functional. You can now utilize this feature to integrate Teramind with third-party SAML 2.0 SSO providers, such as Okta or OneLogin, to centralize your identity management.
Feature Highlights:
Centralized Security: Manage all user access from a single identity provider.
Improved User Experience: Allows team members to access Teramind without remembering additional sets of credentials.
Streamlined Onboarding: Automatically grant access based on your existing corporate directory groups.
How to Use the Feature:
Navigate to Configurations > Settings > Authentication and enable the Enable SSO option located under the Single sign-On (SSO) section. This will show additional fields for you to configure your SSO application.
On the main login screen, you will now see an Authenticate with SSO button. Click the button to go to your SSO provider’s sign-in page. Once authenticated, you will be redirected to the Teramind Dashboard.
