Issue
If, after an update, clicking the Revealed Agent icon in the Dock doesn’t open the app, the Dock is most likely still pointing to the old app bundle. The app layout changed in newer Mac agents, so the existing Dock shortcut no longer launches anything.
Solution
1. Start the updated Revealed Agent manually:
Open Terminal and run:
open /usr/local/teramind/agent/bin/Teramind\ Agent.app
This launches the current Revealed Agent from its new location.
2. Remove the old Dock icon:
Right‑click the non-working Teramind icon in the Dock.
Click Options > Remove from Dock.
3. Pin the new icon:
With the Revealed Agent running from step 1, right‑click the active Teramind icon in the Dock.
Click Options > Keep in Dock.
From now on, the Dock icon will launch the updated Revealed Agent correctly.
