You may encounter browser warning messages such as "Your connection is not secure," "Your connection is not private," or "Deceptive site ahead" when attempting to access your Teramind On-Premises Dashboard.
Possible Cause:
This can happen if your server doesn't have a SSL certificate installed or it's not configured correctly.
Solution:
Usually, you can continue to the site by clicking the Details or Advanced button on the browser warning page and then clicking the "Visit this unsafe site" or "Proceed to..." link.
If the site does not show bypass options, try to open the dashboard by entering the server's IP address directly in the browser's address bar.
