Yes, Teramind is compatible with BitLocker encrypted drives.
BitLocker decrypts the drive transparently when the computer starts, before Windows loads. The Teramind Agent runs inside Windows, so it reads and writes files the same way as any other application.
Data the Agent stores on the computer, such as its configuration file, logs and offline recordings, stays on the encrypted drive and is protected by BitLocker.
