Yes. Teramind can be configured to capture video only when an incident occurs such as when a rule is violated. This helps save storage space and focuses your monitoring on high-risk events.

How to set up incident-based recording:

  1. Enable Selective Recording: Navigate to the Screen Recoding monitoring settings and turn on the option labeled Record only when behavior rule was violated.

  2. Configure Rule Action: Create or edit a behavior rule and use the Record action. This ensures the system only captures the screen during the specific timeframe of the violation.
